The Brief
The client needed a branded conference experience delivered across six separate spaces including a main ballroom, reception area, overspill room and breakout rooms.
Load-in was complicated by tight venue access, limited stairwell use and practical movement issues for large stage set components.
The production also had to keep audio controlled in the ballroom while preserving an open connection with the reception area and wider delegate flow.

Our Solution

A custom stage set with integrated rear projection was designed to support presentations and panel sessions without blocking views.
